3. Handmade Products

All of our items are handcrafted, and many are made in small batches or to order. By purchasing from us, you understand and agree that:

Variations are normal. Color, shape, size, and finish may vary slightly from the photos shown, as each piece is individually handmade.
Processing times apply. Made-to-order or custom items may take additional time to complete before shipping. Estimated processing times will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
Limited availability. Some designs are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities and may sell out or be discontinued without notice.
Care instructions. Polymer clay charms are durable but not indestructible — they can chip, crack, or break if dropped, bent, or exposed to extreme heat. Please handle your charms with care.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in British pounds (£) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you'll receive a full refund.
It's your responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

5. Shipping

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. Shipping timeframes and costs are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and the processing time for handmade or custom items. 6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refund terms are outlined in our separate [Returns & Refund Policy]. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms described there, including that custom, personalized, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including your legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you purchase one of our charms, you're welcome to enjoy, wear, gift, or photograph it for personal use. Please don't mass-produce, mold, or resell copies of our designs.

Our products are decorative accessories and are not intended for children under 3 years old, as they may contain small parts that pose a choking hazard.
